edu.glogster.com is a site where students can create interactive, collage style posters. A "Glog" can include audio clips, such as music and narration, video clips, Web links, digital images, and text.
A Glog can be tremendous fun, but making a dynamic and thoughtful glog takes a great deal of planning and research. This is a link to a glog created by students who had to present an overview of the nervous system and how it was involved in a medical case study being examined in class.

A Quick Reference for Glogster - you may want to print this page

Step 1. Get your username and password from Mr. V. Write this down in your science binder!
Step 2. Go to edu.glogster and log in. Don't worry about creating a profile.
3. Now the fun begins! Click on CREATE A NEW
GLOG to begin!
4. Use the black tool box to create you Glogster.
Begin with the WALL, it sets your background.
Keep building from there! Be creative and have
fun!
5. Change the layout, or click EDIT to make more
changes.
6. Change the color, font style, or add a link.
Click OK when done.
7. When adding a Link, paste the URL in the box. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW THE LINK
UNTIL AFTER YOU SAVE/PUBLISH THE PAGE!
8. You can change the Font, Allignment, Size,
and Color here. Make sure you click APPLY at
the bottom to save your changes!
9. If choosing IMAGE, VIDEO, or SOUND you will
upload the file.
10. When adding an IMAGE or VIDEO, be sure to
click on the tab to add a FRAME or PLAYER to
enhance the appearance.
11. When finished creating, click SAVE AND
PUBLISH located at the top or bottom of the
page.
12. Choose to save your project as a CLASSIC
GLOG.
13. Name your Glog. Pick a category for it and
set your Glogster'sprivacy to Public or P
Private. If your Glogster is Private, it can not
beviewed by anyone else through the
Glogster site. Last, SAVE it!
14. If posting your Glogster in a WIKI... click VIEW
THIS GLOG. DO NOT USE THE EMBED CODE ON THIS SCREEN.
15. Scroll to the bottom, and click EMBED INTO
YOUR PAGE.
16. Use this code to embed on your
